The sauna is set up inside the treatment room, so you can pop in right before or after your massage session (schedule permitting). It can also be booked as a stand-alone service.

  • The highest setting on our sauna is 140 degrees Fahrenheit, but we will always set it to whatever you are comfortable with and will give suggestions based on your goals and heat tolerance.

    It’s best to start out “slow and low”, less time and lower temperature to ensure you acclimate at a comfortable pace. The temperature can be adjusted during the session if desired.
